You need a bank card to guarantee your reservation, whether you have booked on castelvictoria.com or by phone. During the fair, event or high occupancy period, partial or full prepayment of your stay may be required with a bank card.

Where can i park my car ?

We have a private car park available on reservation at a cost of 25 euros per night. The hotel is located in the "green zone" of the city, in which zone you can park at the hourly rate of 1 € / hour or 17 € for a duration of 24 hours. In addition, the City offers a free day for one day of purchased parking (two consecutive days). This area is free during the week but payable during weekends, "bridges", public holidays and summer school holidays, you will find the link to the parking around our hotel on the "contact" page.

Yes, your reservation is secure and especially the information of your bank card and other personal data. This security is guaranteed by a secure http server. All booking information is SSL encrypted and is provided in a secure environment.

We guarantee the room from 4 p.m. However, if you wish to check-in earlier, we advise you to call us beforehand so that we can arrange to prepare your room first. Luggage storage is also available throughout the day.

What time should I leave the room on the day of my departure?

The room must be vacated by noon. However, we can store your luggage in the luggage room if you still want to go for a walk in town.

How much does the breakfast cost at the Hotel Castel Victoria?

Breakfast is 15€ / adult / day.  11 € for children aged 6 to 12 and free for children under 6.

Breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. However, if you wish to take it before 7:00 am, please inform us at the desk.

When you book a room, whether you are a person or two the price is the same (you pay an additional tourist tax and breakfast). If you are 2 adults and 1 child you will need to add an extra bed at a rate of 20 € / night depending on the type of room chosen.

The rooms do have a phone, however the cost of your conversations remains at your expense.

The rooms do not have a fridge, however we can store some of your products / food in a fridge reserved for hotel guests, where only the reception has access.

We do not currently have an elevator. We have 2 rooms on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms but are welcome in the Fooding Mood's Bar, on the rooftop and in the garden.

A queen-size bed has a mattress of dimension 160x200 while the king-size will be larger with a dimension of 180x200.

You can pay for your stay either on arrival, on departure or at the time of booking directly online according to the conditions of sale.

Is my credit card automatically debited when booking online?

Accepted Answer

It all depends on the specified cancellation conditions. If you have reserved a promotional or last-minute rate, we will debit the card upon booking, and you will not be able to cancel. If this is not the case, we only make a pre-authorization and you will pay either on arrival or on departure.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate booked.
If you book a public, rack rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
If you reserve a preferential rate, last minute, if you cancel upon booking, the entire stay will be due.
